Coming home from an amazing trip, you maybe want to have all your memories bundled together in one photo album. To do this I had to make a selection out of the 4000 pictures I made during my travels. It can be helpful to already make a pre selection during your travels, but at the end you want to go over all your pictures again to not forget those memorable moments.
I had to decide if I wanted a more portfolio based photo album with only pretty pictures, or a photo album that covered the essence of my journey where fun moments were included as well. I chose the latter option.
Creating a photo album nowadays is made too easy with plenty of suppliers like Albelli or HEMA that offer their own software. My favorite supplier is Blurb.com, their album-software exceeds the others with the ability to create your own layout, but you can also use Blurb to upload your uniquely designed album created in Adobe InDesign. But the reason Blurb is my favorite is because of their sublime print quality.
Yesterday the printed version was delivered at my home and I’m delighted with the result.
(Unfortunately the collage on top doesn’t do this album much justice)
