Project: Life at Mobiquity

Giving the Mobiquity branding a new boost, now with a video series where we showcase the talented people who work here. The first part is the Creative edition.

The production of this video was a 2 man job. The campaign manager who coordinated the setting, and the people. Brainstorming the questions together. I set up the location, the lighting, the audio, the filming and the post production including animations.

Mahmoud Aly, one of the recruiters also liked to rap as a hobby. As a marketing team we worked together with him to use his rap skills to create a fun recruitment video for Mobiquity.

For this video I decided on the set, the lighting, filmed and edited it into this final version. The response was huge!

Project: Tech Radar

The developers of Mobiquity created the Technology Radar to showcase the different technologies that are used.

For the video we gathered different engineers to say a piece about new technologies. That in combination with B-roll footage to keep it interesting to the viewer. The video is filmed and edited by me. The actual radar can be found here: https://mobradar.io/

Project: Discover the power of AR experiences

The use of augmented reality is immensely diverse. The people of Mobiquity created various AR apps for a variety of purposes.

I filmed and edited the entire video. When noticing that AR has a more powerful effect in real life than on video, I decided to do a bit more with the editing, to still make it stand out!

Project: New office

Mobiquity opened its new office around the same time as the Covid-19 restrictions were removed. People got back to the office and were excited.

This video was filmed, directed and edited by me. It was a bit of a last minute decision to get an upbeat video out there.

Project: Recruitment video to attract new hires

Datakeeper wanted to attract new talent to work at their company. This video was created to show the people and culture.

Project: Quick snapshot video for recruitment purposes

Datakeeper revealed their new core values. These values are displayed in a short video. This project was out-of-scope. I personally took the initiative to use extra B-roll footage to create an additional fast paced video to use.

Project: Use of IDA app during Fieldlab pop festival in Biddinghuizen

During the Covid-19 lockdowns, the Dutch government approved strictly regulated events with the name “Fieldlab”. To join these events, visitors had to get tested before and after the event.

The Datakeeper app (project IDA at the time) was used to register all visitors and their test results. I filmed the event to create a use case of the application and the final result.

Project: Summer Challenge

On a summer day in 2018, prospex held a summer challenge for their agents in the call center. A day where employees can win prizes by scoring extra targets.

That same morning I was asked to make photos and videos of this day. So unprepared as I was, I used my iPhone as a camera and Premiere Pro for the edit.

Project: Quickstart event

The company prospex organizes the Quicstart events a few times a year. This time it was being held in the Amstel hotel. I shot the video and edited it that same day in Adobe Premiere. For the introduction I drove my bike through Amsterdam for some nice local footage.

Project: Freaky Friendship AMV

This was the first video I ever edited back in 2006. Nonetheless I’m still proud of it. This Animated Music Video was made with clips from the anime “Azumanga Daioh” and the music from “Toybox – Best Friends”.

This video won the first prize at the Animecon.
